Mark Wahlberg is a rarity in Hollywood, and is outspoken about the “Hollywood bubble,” and the out-of-touch frame through which most celebrities across the board view politics and politicians.
Earlier this week, Mark Wahlberg was quite frank on his beliefs about Hollywood’s biggest stars voicing their views and opinions on politics. Releasing the statement:
“A lot of celebrities did, do, and shouldn’t [talk politics],” he told Task & Purpose magazine. “They might buy your CD or watch your movie, but you don’t put food on their table. You don’t pay their bills. A lot of Hollywood is living in a bubble. They’re pretty out of touch with the common person, the everyday guy out there providing for their family.”
Hollywood nonsense is what lead to the ridiculous attack spearheaded by BuzzFeed on the nationally loved couple of HGTV’s Fixer Upper Chip and Joanna Gaines earlier this week. 2ndVote’s coverage of the developing story can be found here.
