Marriage
eBay signed on to an amicus brief in favor of the Supreme Court overturning state bans on same-sex marriage in 2015. eBay also signed on to an amicus brief to the Supreme Court in favor of overturning the Defense of Marriage Act and California’s ban on same-sex marriage. eBay received a score of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign’s 2016 Corporate Equality Index.
