NBC Wins Emmy Due To Liberal Coverage Of Same-Sex Marriage Ruling

NBC has won an Emmy because of the network’s biased coverage provided during the Supreme Court’s decision to legalize same-sex marriage throughout the United States. During a live report, popular Today show hosts deemed the victory one that “has potential to go down in the record books…”

Network correspondent, Peter Alexander, called the case “very personally satisfying” for Obama while Savannah Guthrie raved that she was “proud of the whole team.” Because of this liberal outlook, the group secured themselves the “Outstanding Live Coverage of a Current News Story – Long Form” award.

NBC’s position on the marriage issue should come as no surprise. After all, NBC’s parent company, Comcast, has supported the Human Rights Campaign (HRC), which is the nation’s biggest advocate for same-sex marriage. HRC is also working hard to undermine religious liberty within the United States. Check out NBC’s 2ndVote scorecard here and learn more about the liberal causes that the organization is funding.
