The Company Contrast – Navigating the Non-Profits – Every Black Life Matters {Issues: Life, Basic Freedoms}

Each week 2ndVote takes a look at popular companies and organizations and then tries to highlight those that align with your 2ndVote values and pinpoint the ones that should be avoided to the best of your ability. This series is called The Company Contrast – Navigating the Non-Profits, and the organization we will be focusing on this week is Every Black Life Matters (3.58)

With socio-political tensions in America showing few signs of waning anytime soon, it seems as though there are a million different activist organizations all vying for some of the spotlight. One organization that actually might deserve it is Every Black Life Matters. As an organization dedicated to the protection, advancement, and well-being of the black community in America, EBLM offers a starkly contrasting alternative to the divisive, Marxist Black Lives Matter organization. Contrary to BLM’s core values, Every Black Life Matters stands on its guiding principles, of which include a foundation in faith and a strong belief in the opportunities of the free market. With its first principle being “pro-black life” EBLM takes strong pro-life stances and denounces Planned Parenthood, organizations like them, and their affiliates. Furthermore, EBLM operates its own ministry programs and uses their platform to challenge critical race theory and its implementation in public education. The organization’s traditional principles, as well as its partnership with the Heritage Foundation, earns Every Black Life Matters significant points on the 2ndVote issues of Life, Basic Freedoms, and Education.

Of course, the obvious organization to be wary of, and to certainly deprive you of your hard-earned donated dollars is Black Lives Matter (2.14). Unlike the stand-up organization mentioned above, BLM has become one of the most divisive organizations in the country, often being the talking head of civil unrest. With its anti-Western, Marxist rhetoric, Black Lives Matter should be avoided entirely.
