A big “thank you” to all who participated in our Father’s Day project. We hope you enjoyed reading the contributions from fellow 2ndVoters who shared their stories about the husbands, fathers, sons, brothers and men in their lives.
Through this process, we have been inspired by the men who show what it means to be masculine, by the way they live their lives. These good traits often go unnoticed, and our culture sometimes portrays a different narrative. However, these men act out of faith, duty, strength, and more.
We also thank Marie in Florida who wrote about her husband Fred. In honor of all the men who live by these values we celebrate, 2ndVote has gifted an Égard (3 – Neutral) watch to Fred for Father’s Day—a small token of our appreciation for showing how good men live.
Please be sure to read this selection of stories we received throughout the course of this project and feel free to add your own in the comments section below.
